Horse care overview classes forming soon!  This class meets weekly for 6 weeks, it is centered to those getting back into horses that would like a refresher and those just starting out.  This is not a riding class  and it is intended to be a resource for horse care and ownership. Course consists of lectures, activities and hands on horse interaction. Topics include horse safety, how do I know when my horse is sick and guidelines for calling a vet, review of common horse handling problems and how to prevent or correct them, assessing what type of horse will best suit you and how to go about finding it, and what does horse ownership really cost?  and much much more!
